E-mail acknowledgement letter
How do you set up RE to email acknowledgement letters? Why is it when you click on a constituent's email, RE freezes up?

Hi Lena,
If your RE is freezing up when you click on an email, it is probably because it is trying to connect to your email system. It may be trying to prompt you to ask permission to connect. I'd definitely connect with support on this as they can help you troubleshoot to make your email work.
Once that is working you can then look into email acknowledgements!0
