Net Community Analytics having Cross Domain tracking issue

Hello Community, I am facing an issue and I believe many people have faced it. I am trying to track the donations came from Google Ads.

I have tried analytics and Tag Manager. I have managed to track number of donations amount but due to Cross Domain issue they all are showing as referrals from our main website. So since any donor comes from advert it tracks it perfectly but as soon as donor donates it creates another visitor (as referral from main website).


I have tried every thing in Analytics such as adding net community to referral exclusion list etc.

When I try Tag Manager, it can not detect snippet in the body. I tried by making an unformatted text and adding at the end and also within body.

I just want to track donations made by Google Ads
