Uploading Contacts into RELO

Hi there!


My org is currently working on transitioning our email marketing system from Constant Contact to Luminate Online. We're transferring contacts over and we have a big batch of contacts that have unsubscribed. We'd like to keep that information within our system. What would be the best way to mark this group? Our database platform is Raiser's Edge that has been connected to Luminate Online. Thank you!

You can use the Luminate Custom Constituent Import.


Data management > Import/Export. There is a green button at the top of the page. This import can create new constituent records and/or update existing records.
