Online member discount not working

I have a set up a program, which does not require registration, that we will be using to sell admission tickets. The reason I use a program is that 1) we need to do a capped timed entry and I can't do this with a regular admission program 2) I need the capacity to count tickets simultaneously for members and non-members so we don't go over our facilities per-hour limit.


I set up a program with a discount for members. I cannot get the discount to apply online, advance sales or daily sales. I have tried every permutation and combination I can think of, cleared my cache, re-build the program, rebuild the discount  every way I can think of but nothing works. I  have set up pre-registered programs with required registration and a discount for online member sales before with no issue. I am not sure why it is not working. I need to have this working by Friday and am desperate for help.

This same situation happened to us last week when setting up online timed admission sales for the first time. What fixed it for me, is that I had to go into the discount record for every discount type used by membership and add Online Sales to the Availability tab:
