Feedback: Consolidating payment processing in Blackbaud Merchant Services

The Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) team is seeking input from our customers on how we can help consolidate payment workflows.  We now have the ability to allow non-Blackbaud software to process payments through BBMS – this can include face to face or telephone fundraising, ticketing, or custom websites.  These integrations are done on behalf of our customers by the software provider.
