Anyone have a great vendor for data processing services?

Here at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, a lot of our data collection for new volunteers is still on paper at in-person events. (During normal times anyway… not so much during this pandemic). Pretty old-fashioned, I know, but it works for us!

We are seeking a vendor to help us process the data we collect at these kinds of in-person events, so we can get the data entered into our digital systems - Luminate and Salesforce - in a timely manner. Attached is a Request For Proposals for a vendor to help us with this kind of work. I thought folks here might work with these kinds of companies, or maybe you do this kind of work yourselves. The deadline for proposals is June 24^th, feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime.
