How to Organize Donor Ratings?

Good morning! My organization is looking to implement and refine our donor rating system, but we are unsure about how to keep this record in RE. Ideally, we would be able to pull this information using a query. Where do you store donor rating information? 


Also! If you have any tips and tricks for donor rating systems in general, that would also be very helpful!

Are you asking about a rating that you give the records through your research for overall capacity or just a rating for a particular campaign/ask? 


For specific campaign ask, we've used constituent attributes in the past when we didn't have prospect module. 


I'm guessing by your question you do not have the prospect module as that is the place in RE designed for this info.  There's a sub-topic of Ratings. We put our researcher's findings here as well as other wealth screening info.


If you don't have prospect module, you could consider re-purposing unused field to hod the data but I think constituent attributes are what I'd use. For the description you could set tables with ranges if that is how you are ranking or just a name like pace, major, special that has a know range. The key for querying will be to keep info uniform.
