Marketing Email Template on NXT

Hi, I understand how to create a template for an email newsletter distribution to my chosen constituency.  However, when I attempt to create one I am told to access the GEAR icon in order to start the process and get to next step, ORG INFO. The problem is there is NO gear icon on the page for me to click on.  A RE chat person told me the GEAR icon is on upper right hand corner on my screen. It is absolutely not there.  This is so frustrating.  Can anyone help? Thanks, Diana
