Headsets For Guided Tours

Hello Everybody,

I'm curious if anyone is using a headset system to facilitate socially-distanced, guided tours.

We're looking into developing some programs that would have one instructor leading a group through our landscape and we need everyone to be able to hear them at a distance.

I did some homework and found this:
https://www.listentech.com/shop-listen/listentalk/

Does anyone use a similar product? Or recommend another solution to this use case?

Thanks,

Jesse

    Hi Everybody,

Not to be that guy who responds to his own post, but we did just test using Zoom and that seemed to work pretty well. I'd say, make sure that waiting room is disabled, and everyone should have headphones and mute their audio except for the leader.

    Thanks,

Zoom is an inventive answer to this need. Just an FYI, though, come late September waiting rooms and passwords will be made mandatory.

Good call about the waiting room. I knew passwords were mandatory, but waiting room is good to know. We'll probably keep a staff member at a computer to admit people when they first connect, as well as if people drop the call and need to reconnect.

    Thanks,

    Jesse
