Completing a Sale, Pending charges

Recently we have had a problem completing a sale. The patron swipes their card; on the Altru screen 'Success' appears; but the page to add a zip code does not pop up and as a result the sale is not completed. The visitor's bank balance shows the sale as pending. 

Any suggestions?

  • We've had a similar problem. A patron purchased tickets online, they're card was charged according to their credit card issuer; however, the order never appeared anywhere in Altru but should up in the Blackbaud Merchant, then disappeared.

    We've come across this problem a couple of times recently, in both Advanced Sales and Daily Sales. 


    Try clearing out your Cache history of your web browser. Apparently, if you haven't cleaned it out in a while, it can cause hiccups within Altru.
