New Constituents

I have found that when I add a new constituent to database view it is not transferring to RE NXT.  HELP!!! Am I missing a step?

    I don't think you are missing a step.  How are you looking for them?  If you do a search for them, they should pop right up, but it can take up to 3 hours for them to show up in lists.

    Record should be found in NXT - don't know of any extra step required.  I know there can be a log of up to 60 minutes for media files added in db view to populate in NXT.  I don't know about a lag time for records.  If you've saved record in db and  are certain you're entering name correctly in NXT, I guess I'd wait and see if it shows up.  


    I'm assuming you have rights to view all records. We have some users who are blocked from seeing records with a particular constituent code. 


    If it doesn't show, I'd do a chat with support.

    The delays are difficult to deal with, and they flow from RENXT to Database MUCH more quickly.  Don't lose heart!

    I've never had much of an issue with constituent data refreshing from either direction.  I would definitely check security settings - that's a good thought.
