Download NXT Dashboard

I have no clue where the download icon is on the Dashboard. I go to Fundraising > Reporting and open my saved dashboard. There is no icon for downloading or printing...

I can download the Insight views but not the dashboard with all the boxes and graphs.

Is this a dashboard that was built with Report Builder? Those cannot be exported / printed.

I am cautiously going to ask why you want to? Believe me - I know there are a lot of "reasons", and I've faced them myself. But the beauty of the dashboards is that they are interactive. So if the number of donors is displayed, a user can click on the number and see a list of the donors. They just need to be willing to log in to the database and be willing to learn.

If you need to display the insights, you would need to do a screen print / snip and paste the image into an email or other document.

Hi Holly,

I have found that there is a small square with 3 dots that if you hover your mouse in the middle of the screen directly under that report name and above the data, that you can click on and download either pictures or CSVs of the data. It took me a long time to find it! Hope you see it too.

You will see this to the right under Fundraising/Reporting...this allows you to download data into excel or a pdf, or print.
