Citrix Regional Settings Keep Changing

When Citrix logs out the Regional Setting for Class years goes back to 2029 and we have to reset it when running reports that pull in grades 2030-2034. Since it is that time of year we are pulling lots of reports with parents and students and their class, this has become a daily if not an hourly issue this week.  Is anyone else having this issue? This happened back in January/February as well.

I am having issues with the regional settings as well - I have an open case with support.


I had the same issue as well earlier in the year (which caused a huge percentage of my members to be locked out of the our website)   So I feel your pain. But alas I don't have any suggestions.

Every day is another surprise, for one person the gift amount in an export switched to Pound Sterling. Also when printing reports the Citrix Printer is set instead of our office printer so I have to switch it every day every report which sometimes requires resetting the printer but not always.
