Trying to Reschedule Tickets... Doesn't Show All of the Dates Available

Hi all,


We have an outside holiday light display event in our gardens that we are selling tickets for to control capacity, and of course some folks have chosen the wrong dates when purchasing them. I'm trying to reschedule their tickets, but it doesn't seem to show me the ALL of the other dates/times. It's only showing me the days in November, and none for December. November is when their original tickets were purchased for, so I'm wondering if it's a setting that won't allow me to choose a different month? I have no idea, and it's frustrating, because I don't want to have to refund them and then re-charge. That's so cumbersome.


Any ideas?

  • Hover your mouse next to "upcoming events" and then click on the search icon and change to "all dates" or the specific date you wish to reschedule to
  • I tried that already. All it lists are the November dates...  :(
  • Is there anything different about December?  Like a custom price-list that is different from November?
  • You may have already figured this out so I may be late to the conversation. If your scheduled program is restricted to members, Altru will not let you reschedule the tickets.
