Hide plan steps from Documentation and Interactions area

We would like to hid particular plan steps within a Prospect Plan from the main Documentation and Interactions area. 

The Document and Interactions area is available to all users but not all users need to see the steps which are on Prospect Plans.


Has anyone done this or know of a way to do this?

Hi Liz, when a prospect plan step has a contact method it becomes an interaction. By not populating the contact method field, the prospect plan step will not become an interaction and therefore will not appear in the Constituent Interaction Query List builder in the documentation and interactions area.


You could also swap out the Constituent Interaction Query List builder with a configured interaction data list (using page designer) that excludes specific types of prospect plan steps. The list builder contains constituent interactions, prospect plan step interactions as well as stewardship plan interactions. View forms and actions tied to these specific record types are all available within the single Interaction list builder. Please note that replacing the list builder with a configured interaction data list will not be an easy task and may require multiple data lists to achieve equivalent functionality within the documentation and interactions area.
