BBIS Form Tool & CRM Fields

Does anyone have experience with adding CRM fields and their corresponding table values to the form’s tool in BBIS?
Specifically, we would like to add the CRM demographic fields to the form tool in BBIS. An example using current functionality is how the personal information fields from CRM populate in the form’s tool under the biographical fields section.
Attached is a screenshot of the area where we would like to add the additional CRM fields.

Thanks in advance!

I know this is a bit old, but you won't be able to add any custom fields other than constituent attributes to the Form builder. You could capture these items in attributes and then have a process in CRM to move them over (e.g. a custom global change, or just a data list to monitor & action them)... and I guess if you wanted to pre-populate them you could use the Query Results Display part to pull the field value out for the 'current user' constituent record to pre-fill the field on load.

If you wanted to capture these kinds of things natively (e.g. demographic fields) you would need to build a custom form using a Custom Framework Part to interface with a CRM Add/Edit Form. It wouldn't really be part of the existing Profile Update Form though so may not be ideal.
  • Thank you so much, Chris! I believe we will be implementing your recommendation.
