Preregistered Event Package Sales
We offer a once-a-week program Monday-Friday to support the hybrid school model. I arranged it so during the presale and prior to the first date, guests could purchase all 13 weeks in a package. When I was setting up the package, there was an option to offer the individual sessions for sale once the presale/first date had past. Unfortunately, none of the individual days have turned over for individual sales and are all still locked into the package (which cannot be purchased anymore). Further frustrating, I cannot seem to approve the individual sessions for the website now.
Does anyone have experience with program packages or know how to restore online sales for the individual sessions within a package?
