Heatmap service suggestions?

We recently deactivated our Hotjar account after finding out that a BBIS security update made the two products incompatible. I'm looking to see what everyone else uses other than using Google Analytics. I wanted to weigh my options to see if anyone has had success with other products before making a decision. TIA! -- Greg

I am implementing Zoho Pagesense on our bbis account. As per my tests and researches this is the only heatmap tool that will work on BBIs platform. I have tested Hotjar but this tool needs to be whitelisted on BBIs servers however I have discussed with bbis support and their last position is that they cannot whitelist any platform.1 -
