WIreless Barcode Scanner Altru

Just wanted to see what everyone is using to scan barcodes wirelessly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We bought two DataLogic Quickscan QBT2430 scanners when we switched to Altru three years ago and those have served us well. We got them because they can scan both from paper and smartphone screens, and have a pretty decent range. Hope this helps...

With the institution of advance reservations, we've begun scanning ticket barcodes upon guest arrival and recently purchased a Honeywell Voyager XP 1472g (https://www.barcodefactory.com/honeywell/scanners/voyager-1472g/1472g2d-2usb-5-n) to try out as our old scanners were a little ancient, 1D, and couldn't scan phones.  After about a month, we've found that it works well consistently, holds a good charge, and the only challenges are glare on sunny days sometimes (scanning from an outdoor gatehouse).  I'll be purchasing a couple more this year and would highly recommend!
