A few occasional issues with "entering custom donation amounts"

Hey, all. We've had a few issues with folks being unable to make a donation using the "other" box instead of one of the predetermined amounts. Others have had no issues. I'm guessing it's something hyper specific like "using Chrome on an iPhone 6." But there are a lot of variables. I wanted to see if anyone has come across anything similar so I can narrow my focus a bit?

    It is smart to start with your "work group" first to see if they have any insight.  When they don't we like to move the questions to the product community so you can hopefully get replies from your "product group".

    First suspect - are they entering anything you don't expect?  For example are they putting in a dollar (%) sign or commas (I deal with French language users who use "," instead of "." a,d space (" ") instead of comma.  Essentially are you sure these errors are not being caused by simply having the constituent entering in non numerical values?
