Multiple Email Addresses

I have a constituent who would like to receive event and newsletter type emails to be received at 1 email address and then any other correspondence to be sent to a different email address. Is there a way to note this in their record? Is a business rule pop up my best bet?

Not sure whether you work in a plain RE7 or NXT environment, but in database view there is a phone Comments field which works nicely for these situations. If you are working exclusively in NXT, you will be better served by an Alert (aka, Annotation in database view). If you are trying to split email types in OLX/bulk NXT emails, then you won't be able to choose more than one email type for the bulk emails, to my knowledge; it always selects the default primary.
