Online Tax Receipts - Luminate Online

Lately we have had quite a few donation errors (for example: donor selects wrong amount, or donor pays as individual rather than business) which requires voiding online issued tax receipt. Any errors that exceed a $50 threshold trigger letters to CRA for voided income tax receipts. We are trying to avoid this. Interested to learn from other organizations using Online receipting in Luminate, in what would be a reasonable error rate before pulling automatic income tax receipts for online gifts?
