SwipeTrack (Xtrulink) for contactless payments and digital membership

I wanted to know if anyone has experience with SwipeTrack payment kiosk, POS credit card payment hardware or digital membership cards. We learned about them from BBCON and are very interested in getting but I have not seen any information in the community about actual use. Any info you can share would be appreciated. I also need to do some pricing calculation, it looks reasonable but not sure if the per transaction fees are high.

  • I have experience with SwipeTrack...we have been using them since 2017, and as of 2020 have been using payment kiosk and express line POS.

  • I spoke with two representatives from Xtrulink today and they were very helpful! It's sounds like a great product. Has it saved your organization on labor costs and is it user friendly for your constituents and staff?

    Ash Harris‍ , how was the set up on the back end? And was it an easy transition? Is it easy to reconcile transaction made on their system?
