NetCommunity Single Sign-On Configuration Challenges

Our IT team is running into some challenges with the steps noted for Single Sign-On with NetCommunity. I wanted to see if there was anyone else currently using SSO who uses OAuth or SAML for authenticating their users against Azure AD? Also, are your accounts in Azure AD associated with the constituent id in RE/NetCommunity? Our logins are tied to a college id, which we do bring over to our database, but it sounds like NetCommunity ties to the constituent id which only lives in our Database and is different from the college id. I may have misunderstood this though. I wasn’t clear if Blackbaud was talking about the constituent id as it relates to data syncing between the 2 systems or as it relates to NetCommunity profile/login. It sounded like they were referring to it for both.
