Adding event attendance to a constituent record to use for membership renewal solicitation

Good afternoon,


Our museum had a drive through holiday light show in 2020. We sent vouchers to our members and I would like to record use of those vouchers in the member's constituent record, so that I could pull a report and/or use as part of a membership renewal campaign. Where is the best place to have that information live in RE? Thanks for any best practices as I am new to my position and RE.

Good morning, Elaine! I am also new to RE (only been using it one year now). I would think you'd want to have your show listed as an Event in RE (that begs the question if you want to enter each date's show as a different event, to which I cannot speak as we are low on events right now so I don't have much of any experience with them).


A couple of weeks ago I watched a webinar on hybrid events, which is not really what you had but you still may find some useful information. The webinar is titled Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT Events: Making Hybrid Events Simpler. Hopefully this link works. They talk about Zoom events and importing the attendance from there. Again, I know it's not exactly what you're asking for but I thought it might help for a future event.

for whatever reason i am seeing this in the Altru discussion group...maybe if you're talking altru you could put it in responses under appeals/communications? this is how i'm now tracking my online renewals
