VPN's in Blackbaud

Hello,


I have two parents who are using parents who are using different VPN's and when they go to Blackbaud, all they see is a blank screen. When they shut the VPN off, everything works like it should. Has anyone else seen this problem, and do you have any other solution other than turning off the VPN?

    I see a slash through the shield in the address bar of that screenshot. Is it possible that the VPN providers are blocking sites?
