Flag RE record to not upload to LO

Newby question - is there a way to stop an RE constituent record from uploading/propagating into LO? We only want constituents who have actually registered for an event in LO. We don't want ALL our RE constituents in LO.

Blackbaud's RELO connector.

I was afraid you were going to say "RELO" - we dumped it a few years ago because it does not have a lot (if any) ability to really sync the way our business required.
