Schools/Healthcare Orgs- how do you import student or patient information if you don't have parent's name?

We are looking to include the parents of our students/patients on informational emails/mailings where the list comes from RE. However, our school and patient database does not have a way of exporting the parent's name, just the parent's email and address.


How does everyone else include similar information in RE, without including the child's name? We 1) don't want to address the child and 2) don't want to store patient information.

in place of the parent name could you fill in the name fields in RE to be To the Parent(s) of: and the student/patient name possibly.
