Search tool on website not working

Our search tool on our website www.nativepartnership.org is not working.

Unfortunately, all of our web pages are built in Pagebuilder and I don't know much about CSS or JS. (We hope to move to WordPress soon.)


Can anyone familiar with those two types of code tell me if there is something wrong here? Or if I should be looking somewhere else for the issue? I did a heatmap on our site and more than 40% of our visitors click on this search tool so it's pretty imperative that we get it to work again.


Appreciate any help you can provide.

Have you opened a ticket with Support yet? I would recommend working with Support first, so they can troubleshoot LO for you. Otherwise, you may have to work with a web developer on this or reach out to the developer/s who built this (perhaps one of our partners?). It's possible you may have to implement a custom search to replace this one - see our KB Article: https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/188944

Thank you for your reply, Robin. I have not opened a ticket with Luminate - I assumed they wouldn't even look at this since it was built by a third party.

Thanks again for your reply - I'll check out the article and if all else fails I'll need to reach out to the developer.
