Failed transaction reports?

Good afternoon. Does BBNC provide any reports on failed transactions? I understand some of this is available through your merchant service account, but with our previous donation platform we were able to view a lot of the information related to errors on credit card transactions.


On our previous platform, a notification was sent to the donor and a central email account whenever a transaction failed multiple times.


That product also allowed us to view the transaction profile within their site which provided the personal details and payment information (e.g. Processing schedule, list of attempted transactions, etc.) inputted by the donor. I'm just curious if we've missed a setting somewhere. I see where I can send notifications of donations to certain folks on our team, but no failed transaction notices.
