Solicitation Code bug?

Hello all,

I have a query, where both husband and wife are selected via the query settings (e.g., I'm asking for hard-credits and soft-credits (e.g., soft-credits to be credited to both).

- In the giving records, the husband gave a gift, the wife received a soft-credit.

- The husband has a 'No Email Solicitation' solicit code; the wife does not have any solicit-codes.

In the query, I have selected to filter-out anyone with a 'No Email Solicitation' solicit-code. The husband should be filtered out - but the wife should still be included.

However, just the opposite occurs - the husband shows up in the list, whereas the wife does not.

Have you seen this before?

I've tried multiple approaches and setting in the query options…and still cannot make it work.
