Encouraging Faculty/Staff to add/update phone numbers?

We are switching to a new emergency notification system that integrates with Blackbaud and want to encourage our faculty/staff to add or update their home and/or wireless phone numbers in their profiles. Any ideas on a clever way to use the system to achieve this? Sign-in messages? Forms? Anyone have any examples? Thank you!

    Nice!! Our IT did this recently but not in/through Blackbaud. I think they did something when we signed on to complete our time card. This is a great idea! I am following to see what others say!

    We have an annual required form to complete before school starts. We use School Forms and it's super easy. Here's what it says (with digital signature inserted at the bottom). Works great. Not only is it easy to complete, it puts the responsibility on them to keep their information up to date.
