Discounts limited to programs on specific days

I know how to limit the sold by dates for discounts but what I need to do is limit the days that the discount applies.

We have upcoming construction and want to start discounting those days for admission. So, I need the discount to be available now as people pre-purchase tickets online but to only apply for the construction days.

Any ideas?
