I work for a non-profit with about 60 staff. Our organization is exploring Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal, having used Blackbaud MobilePay for the past couple of years (approximately). We loved Blackbaud MobilePay, but a few concerns we have with the new application including:
- How long do the Terminals stay charged? How do others handle ensuring they are charged up before on the fly meetings?
- Do the Terminals handle heat/cool weather well (i.e., if charging in a car)? and
- How do other organizations handle over the phone transactions on their Development team? Since the Terminal requires a card be in person, whereas MobilePay allowed for keying in a number if it wasn't present.
I would greatly appreciate feedback from others who have made the transition to Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal. Thank you!
