Opt-in pending

We have had a number of supporters sign up for newsletters and some actually make donations through LO but they have not confirmed their e-mail details and so their records remain in “opt-in pending” mode.

I asked LO support if there was a way to re-send the opt-in email prompt but they could not tell me any way to do that. They suggested that I email the constituents and ask them to respond to the original email prompt!

Has anyone else had this happen and if so any suggestions or solutions?
