Raiser's Edge Posting error

Hi there, I'm trying to post a batch of Gifts from Raisers Edge to the GL and when I run the pre-post report I get this error: “Please enter a valid ‘Fund ID’, (RE Gift ID: )”.

The date range should include the batch I am attempting to post but its like the Batch isn't being recognized. I've gone through the batch in question, it isn't missing any information.

I do know that this refers to Project ID and your message was fund ID but I think checking process would be similar. I'm thinking you're missing a link on the backend for at least one of the gifts.

Thank you JoAnn I'll see if this is the issue. As of right now the batch has been committed with no issue which I thought would catch any missing data. Oh well keep on trying I guess.

You may also want to check this - in the GL Distribution, for the Project ID, the status must be “active”. That status has to be updated on the FE side.
