Guests are becoming more expectant of the ability to do google and apple pay for in person transactions. Any plans?

    This can be done in BBMS, it was announced in July. The hardware has to be purchased from Blackbaud and the set up for Altru is slightly different from other BB platforms.

    There was a nice presentation on this at virtual bbcon and the recording is available until early November-ish, I think it was called “Accelerating Growth with BBMS”

    If you use BBMS, this is already available (though you'll need new hardware as Sam noted).

    It doesn't seem that Blackbaud has any plans to roll this or any payment improvements out to all Altru customers though (at least as of the last time I inquired for our own institution). It's usually presented as an Altru feature, but it's not an Altru feature.
