    Hi Keturah,

    You may want to check out this Bounced Email article that details the different kinds of bounced emails or send failures you may encounter. Without knowing if you were experiencing soft or hard bounces, it's hard to give specific advice. If you can share a screenshot or let me know whether these were soft or hard bounces I may be able to dig a little more :)
