Conversion of Tickets to a Membership

Hi! My team and I have been tasked with creating a monthly report of ticket buyers who convert their tickets into a membership after visiting. Does anyone have experience with this or have a screenshot of a query you can share showing the fields we need to include? Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

There's a canned discount report called "applied tickets".

We handle this by refunding their daily admission, then tracking the refund reason. We set a choice in the refund drop down "switch to membership". Then I can just query the refund field "Switch to membership". Funny you should mention this now. I just ran that query yesterday and we had 118 conversions this year. Pretty good for us as we are very small.
