AdRoll with Donation Form Taking Excessive Time
We have had our general donation form, that uses the Donation Form part, configured with Google Tag Manager for several years. After upgrading from CRM SP23 to SP26 we started encountering a long 2+ minute delay instead of the usual 7 seconds between the processing of the user credit card and the viewing of the Custom Confirmation thank you. After creating a barebones page with only a donation form on it, we traced this problem specifically down to the AdRoll process configured within Google Tag Manager. Blackbaud Support suggested I post here to see if anyone else uses AdRoll, have any suggestions, or has encountered this issue. Anyone?
