We had a lot of questions from folks in yesterday's webinar who let us know in the Q&A that they had a bunch of things in Actions that they know don't belong there, and should maybe go in Notes instead. We couldn't cover how to fix that problem in the webinar since it was very 101, but is this something you'd like me to create content around? How to clean up this specific problem? Let me know and we can spin up something.

I think that would be helpful! Also potentially figuring out the best way to train other staff members to accurately use Actions would be helpful too!
