PageBuilder pre-fetching old text

Hello,

For our Valentine's Day lead generating campaign, the link to our landing page is pre-fetching text from our Halloween campaign. This is obvious on our most recent Facebook post (click here to see). Here's our landing page:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Katie,

You might need to use the Facebook debugger tool to refresh the stored data. I used the Facebook debugger tool (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/) to check the link you provided below https://support.stlouischildrens.org/site/SPageNavigator/valentines_2022_landing.html?utm_source=community.blackbaud.com&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=website and it showed the link preview (valentines day) properly.


I also checked the bitly link in the FB post (https://bit.ly/3lmUQaL) and it displayed the Valentine's Day campaign correctly.


However, it looks like the bit.ly link that displays in your ad preview (bit.ly/2RPXMXX) resolves to a 2019 valentine day campaign (http://support.stlouischildrens.org/site/PageNavigator/valentines_day_2019_landing.html)

I see the Halloween page now has a redirect to the 2022 Valentine's Day landing page.


I'd check all of the links carefully -- use the Facebook debugger to check that the post will display the way you intend before your next post.
