Constituent Pop-up: deceased or assigned constituents?

Is there a way to have a pop-up box, for users of database view, for deceased or assigned constituents?

Hi @Jarrell Dunson - You can set up a Constituent User Defined Business Rule within Configuration that draws from a query. This will initiate a pop-up on Constituent Records notifying your users of information you want them to know when viewing a record. Take a look at this KB Article #37507 for more information.

In RE Database view-In the constituent's record, click on edit, then annotate from the drop down. A box pops up-type in here what you want to ‘pop up’ each time the record is accessed.

IN RE NXT-Under the constituent's name, click add alert. Type what you want to see each time the record is accessed and it will be at the top of the record.

IMO, annotations/alerts are great for individual info. Business rules as @Austen Brown described is the best way, most efficient way for mass alerts of identical info like ‘constituent is deceased.’

Caution - too many pop ups become annoying and tend to be ignored after a bit by many users.
