Group Sales Email Addresses

I would like to email those who have booked group sales with us for the past 5 years. Is there a way to run a query for those email addresses?

An ad hoc query using the “reservations” selection gives you the options you need for this search.

Criteria should include the date range, completed status and group types if you use these and only want certain types of groups.

Output can give you the email addresses along with other data points.
