Changes to Media

Is anyone else baffled and slightly furious that Blackbaud have made these changes to Microsoft Word and not really considered how this will effect our workload and thanking/ receipting and using Mail? The way we thank our supporters was long enough without these new changes being added to the mix. How is everyone else and what are you doing to get around it?
