Bulk data entry for existing constituents

Does anyone know if there is a way to enter/update information (phone numbers, emails, etc) of existing constituents in a batch-like format?

Hi @Michelle Weisman - You can do this through the import feature in RE for both directions, updating existing information as well as adding new information. Just as you can enter gift information for constituents in batch, you can enter names/organizations, address, multiple contact information, attributes, notes, etc in Batch tab, then at the top (in RE Database) choose the New Constituent Batch. (Beside New Gift Batch)

You can set up a default to load with either batch to include the fields (and how many such as phone). Hope this helps!

@Dana Burton, I don't think post is asking about new records, rather updates to existing records. Batch does not accommodate that.

Correct, it does not update but was also asked about entering in a batch-like format. Maybe I misunderstood but was only trying to help in case they were new and did not know.
