reCAPTCHA for Common Forms?

We've implemented reCAPTCHA, which works well on our BBNC payment-related forms and user sign-up. This unfortunately is not directly available for common forms, and we do have a few of these.

Has anyone cooked-up some JavaScript to implement this successfully? I realize the ID's change and we'd have to locate the right object etc., but I'm looking for something that is close to ready-made if at all possible.

We also hit issue with spam a while back and I enquired with BB Support on how to deal with it with reCAPTCHA, they were of no help just told me it doesn't work with forms.

Here is some info if you haven't seen it Tutorial: Update reCaptcha - Blackbaud Community which applies to donation forms but it's on my list to look into and try to alter to work with common forms.

Will report back when I get to it.

I did see that article, but I'm more of a server-side programmer and javascript client-side programming is definitely not my forté. Any help would be appreciated once you've figured something out.
