Does anyone have a communication preference set-up between BBCRM & BBIS that they are particularly proud of / feels that works well with constituents and would like to share? We are re-thinking how we originally set-up our preferences regarding categories and mail vs. email and were wondering if anyone had additional advice or examples of what to do (or NOT to do!) We are looking at ways to streamline/automate the ability to ask folks if they'd like to receive the Magazine via email and/or mail moving forward (trying to cut down on print costs), and to perhaps verify their address(es). Thanks in advance!

    @Kristi Kolpanen Yes! This! We are in the same boat and would love to know what others are doing that are working. We set things up so that you are essentially opted in, unless you opt out. This isnt working for us and we are looking for best practices around how to fix this.
