cannot edit opt out email text in email finder

We want to run Email Finder, however, as I'm going through the set up I find I am unable to edit tab 3. Opt Out Email 2. We definitely need to customize, plus there the last sentence provides an “or” option to add additional contact info and as it appears now the “or” sentence just trials off to nothing. Which looks pretty unprofessional. Please advise how to edit this tab. Thanks,

According to the knowledgebase article, it cannot be changed.

Last I knew you can get the text changed, but for a fee.

That's really unfortunate. The generic text does not cut it for our constituents.
