Event Ticket Sales

Our Advancement Director left and I have been tasked with learning this system. HELP!!! Our organization is using Greater Giving for our Annual Gala and now I am trying to enter the ticket sales in RENXT. In the past they have recorded all tickets as one time gifts on the constituent record, but that doesn't seem accurate to me. Should I be recording them under the gift type dropdown as other or something else? Thanks!

@Kristen Jensen What is the rationale for not using a One-Time Gift? That sounds about right to me. I think it makes more sense than using other. It also depends on how the other event tickets are set up in your system.

In this particular case, I think One-Time Gift is correct.
